Patch to remove the redundant files in dna-jcr-tck and fix the POM.

- Hoists InMemoryRepositoryStub out of JcrTckTest in dna-jcr
- Fixes repositoryStubImpl.properties in dna-jcr to point to new repository stub class
- Removes repositoryStubImpl.properties and InMemoryRepositoryStub from dna-jcr-tck
- Fixes dna-jcr-tck POM to incorporate test JAR from dna-jcr project to pick up the two files from dna-jcr
