Brian, I assigned this to you in case you make some progress on the connector and it makes it into 0.7 (even if the connector is 'technology preview').  If that's the case, we'll need to _add_ the chapter on the connector.  If the updated connector is not ready, then we can just remove the chapter from the TOC.
