While debugging the new DDL Sequencer Integration test, noticed that some of the CND files for other sequencers were using inconsistent namespace definitions.

Namely, some use "http://jboss.org/xxx/1.0/" and others use "http://www.jboss.org//xxxx/1.0/"

Let's be consistent and use the "www" form.
