Since we're moving the Eclipse plugin into the JBoss Tools repository, it probably doesn't make sense to document how to build it here.  Rather, it probably needs to be documented elsewhere (wiki, or README, or even a new docbook dedicated to the Eclipse plugin).  Therefore, marking as 'wont fix'.
