Fresh iteration of the patch that works with the new namespace code, fixes the circular reference between nt:unstructured and the default primary type of its child nodes, and adds a canAddChildNode implementation.

This patch passes all of the Jackrabbit TCK nodetype tests save one failure caused by name translation.
