The fix for (the previously mis-titled) DNA-441 cleaned up all of the SNS handling and corrects this defect as well as can be done at this time.

The TCK tests erroneously assume that the repository supports locking even though this is not a required L1 or L2 feature in the JCR spec.  As a result, there are still two tests in the JR TCK (one each for move and copy) that fail when they attempt to lock a node.
