Providing an Eclipse plug-in to access DNA would provide applications such as JBoss Tools immediate ability to integrate with DNA.  The plug-in should initially provide simple capabilities such as:
- Managing connections to one or more DNA repositories
- Publishing files, specifically those in an Eclipse workspace
- Un-publishing files
