When building the 'dna-sequencer-java' project, Maven may report that it is missing indirectly referenced JAR file from org.eclipse:osgi:3.4.3.R34x_v20081215-1030.  This may or may not happen depending upon the state of your local ~/.m2/repository.  It also may appear as an error in Eclipse but not from the command-line.
