We can do this pretty easily in Magnolia by creating an "Eclipse" item under the Downloads menu on http://www.jboss.org/dna and next to the "Maven" item.  That would of course correspond to a single page that describes the update site.  We can then put the actual update site under http://downloads.jboss.org, and reference it via the "Eclipse" page.
