DNA Servers View needs to set action handlers for the global actions of cut, copy, paste, and delete. Currently when this view is in focus and the main menu cut, copy, and paste items are selected an exception is thrown. Selected the delete menu item does not throw an exception but doesn't do anything. The delete key should run the delete server action and the cut, copy, and paste actions should never be enabled (or at the very least do nothing). The Delete Key should also run the delete server action.
