Okay, I got through the rest of the patch, and it looks good.  Per an IRC conversation with Brian, we agreed that WorkspaceLockManager should expose Location rather than UUID.  This would make it more likely that changes to support non-referenceable nodes might be encapsulated (mostly) in WorkspaceLockManager.  Other than this, the patch looks great.
