See attached patch that enhances the Base64 class to add the necessary method to work with an InputStream source, and fixes the JSON encoding from the server.  However, it does not yet address setting a property to a value that is Base64-encoded.

This is a git patch, so please apply with a 'patch -p1 dna-513.1.patch'.
