Rebranded all of the codebase, changing from 'JBoss DNA' to 'ModeShape', per the procedure described above. The rebranding is not yet complete with this commit, but at this point all modules have been renamed, all package names have been adjusted, all references to 'DNA' (in the various forms) have been changed, and all of the unit tests and integration tests do pass. The remaining work involves fixing a small number of issues (one TCK failure that has been commented out that apparently was uncovered by the node type names and prefixes were changes) that still have to be fixed.  

Also, applied Vijay's two patches for the Getting Started and Reference Guide changes (with some modifications), and updated the images. The document versions say '1.0.0.Beta1' at the moment., and at this point they look pretty good.

Added svn:ignore properties to ignore 'target' directories, and removed the (now empty) directories for the modules named 'dna-*', as the content has already been moved into 'modeshape-*' modules.

This commit also sets the version in trunk to be 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
