Hiya Jarkko.

We still have a task to update the ESB plugin to ESB4.2.1.  The plugin is currently following a different release cycle, even though it is part of the ESB source base, but we will get around to it as soon as we can.

I will see if I can get some time to look at it this weekend, apologies for the problems this is causing you.
