Kevin Conner resolved JBESB-1370.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Done

The code was using notifications, my bad, I was mislead by the logger message.

I have fixed the way in which the timeout was being handled and changed the message.

Fixed in revision 16937.

> The JMS pooling uses a 1 sec pause when the pool has been exhausted. This has the side effect of delaying the caller for a whole seconds, regardless of whether a connection becomes available sooner.
> This needs to be rewritten to use notifications when a connection is returned to the pool.
