The standalone mode instructions for bpm_orchestration2 describe what I think is the correct steps :

ant deployProcess
ant startProcess

The .esb archive mode instructions never tell the user to "ant startProcess", so if the user follows these instructions, they won't see the correct output.

We should also provide the answer to the Extra Credit section somewhere within the quickstart.
