This url: http://localhost:8080/jbossesb (the home page for the ESB monitoring console) should automatically be configured and available for the ESB Server as well as the ESB deployed in App Server.

Note: the root page found at http://localhost:8080/ does have a link called "JBoss ESB Monitoring and Management Console" that is broken since the ESB monitoring console is not deployed by default.
