The CCE occurs because there is a cast from StackOverflowError to Exception.

The test appears to be testing the NamingContext helper but is mixing real data (jboss jnp provider) and an invalid URL (http://localhost:1234)

The first thing to note is that the URL is invalid as far as JNP is concerned, in fact this resolves to using a host called 'http' and a port of '1099'.
