If you see http://viewvc.jboss.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/labs/labs/jbossesb/trunk/product/rosetta/src/org/jboss/soa/esb/listeners/message/MessageAwareListener.java/?revision=19172&r1=19172&r2=19171 then you can see that the transaction semantics have changed between GA (of SOA-P) and CP01 (of SOA-P), i.e., CP01 of ESB and CP02. The test is now invalid.
