    Summary: Can not override inVM listener properties with service properties  (was: Can not configure MessageAwareListener with maxThreads)

This code was added in support of the inVM listener and is not supported by the other listeners, it is not an issue with MessageAwareListener.

The ESBAwareGenerator.addInVmListener is applying these properties to a child of the listener node and not to the listener node itself, which is why they do not apply.

This function is also using a hardcoded maxThreads value as the default, rather than leave it to the MessageAwareListener to sort out.
