Both jbpm and management console create hibernate.sequence

PostgreSQL support was recently added - in testing out in SOA-P distribution, I'm seeing errors because the hibernate.sequence sequence it is creating already exists - it looks like jbpm creates it in SOA-P before the management console's schema is initially created.

Probably should change the name of the sequence to something management console-specific.
