Add reconnect logic for FTP Gateway and others

If an FTP connection is terminated, say by the server going down, there is no reconnect logic and when it is back up the ESB Gateway does not reestablish communication without a server restart or some other manual intervention.

This would be a good feature to add for FTP and any other Gateway type that could experience similar issues.
