I have split the oracle configuration into oracle9i and oracle10g and updated the hibernate jars to be consistent with the ones we are running against.

I have built both versions and compared them with the hsqldb version, but do not have an oracle database handy to run these against.

I have run up the new hsqldb version and this appears to work without issue, it starts cleanly with no errors in the logs.
