Need to override ClientConfig access to META-INF/uddi.xml so that we can parse the configuration and replace config parameters before juddi-client accesses them.

The line is question is

		XMLConfiguration xmlConfig = new XMLConfiguration(UDDI_CONFIG);

The parameters needs to be a file which has had property values replaced so that service bindings will work.
