Rewrite of imported XSDs in WSDL is introduced by JBESB-3802, but it rewrites only XML Schema imports ({{<xsd:import schemaLocation=".../xxx.xsd" .../>}}). We also need as well the function to rewrite WSDL imports ({{<import location=".../xxx.{wsdl|xsd}" .../>}}) which can import not only XSDs but also partial WSDLs.
