Ensure readability of Forge prompts and messages
------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SEAMFORGE-63
                 URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SEAMFORGE-63
             Project: Seam Forge
          Issue Type: Feature Request
          Components: Shell
    Affects Versions: 1.0.0.Alpha2
            Reporter: Martin Gencur

Currently, It's sometimes hard to read the prompts on a console. I think the problem is the fair colours of the prompts. This is not critical but it decreases usability a little.
