Running git-plugin on Windows executes Maven on a different drive letter

To reproduce this bug, Forge is installed on D:\Forge

1) Run "D:\Forge\bin\Forge.bat"
2) Run "forge git-plugin git://github.com/forge/plugin-arquillian.git"

It will fail the build, looking for D:\Users\... when it should be using C:\Users\...
