[forge-dev] Forge Website Design

Paul,

The Forge Website (http://forge.jboss.org) needs some love. If you 
compare with the arquillian website, you'll see the difference. The 
whole point is that we need some artwork in there, layout is one of the 
tasks that should be worked on.
