[forge-dev] automatic dependency detection too restrictive?

Have you tried including MVEL in your plugin as a Maven dependency?

That should resolve this problem.

By default, plugins are only provided the Forge APIs as dependencies, so
you will need to treat your project as if it were a "blank slate"

Does that work?
