[forge-dev] JBoss AS7 Plugin Improvements

I've also created a new branch 1.0.5.Final which should be used and kept
current with this work. This is to ensure that backwards compatibility is
maintained for older forge versions, and also to allow development to
continue on master without worrying about breaking stable forge builds.
