[forge-dev] Forge generated application styles for review

Hey there,

I can change the button colors. Any requests? Perhaps the bright green in the top level navigation.

I used a google font for consistency between browsers. Segoe UI is a Windows font, and therefore won't display on most machines. However Open Sans is very similar. I've applied it in place of Doppio as the main header font.
