[forge-dev] Regarding Errai and JBoss Plugin

Thank you Lincoln, I will try your enhancement to the plugin and after the
presentation I'll contact the developers, may be I'll open some issue.

As far as now I decided to show forge that create the project, that
introduce the errai facet and the errai-cdi example, but then I'll stop
there will live example and I'll show an old style presentation with screen
shot and code embedded.

I hope this will not be too annoying to the audience (as far as now we have
150 developers signed for the Dev Fest).
