[forge-dev] plugin-errai: first working version

Hi George,

thank you for your kind words. What _you_ guys do simply rocks, can't 
help wondering how :-))

And yes, a merge of those two plugins would be an absolute fit, great 
idea! I will do my best to get my plugin fit for it.
