[forge-dev] plugin-errai: first working version

Well, honestly, it's a still bit of a hack I came up with to achieve 
_my_ goals using means available to me, so perhaps it will not stand 
experts scrutiny.
But I am really looking forward to discuss it to find a clean and well 
integrated solution.
