[forge-dev] Releasing Beta2 Monday

FYI - Due to the fact that we missed inclusion in JBoss Tools 4.1.1 initial
build, we have a day or two before re-spin 1. I'd like to release Beta2 so
that we can include the latest Maven Proxy/Settings fixes and allow our
internet restricted users to use Forge 2 :)
