[forge-dev] Potential CI build service for Windows?

Just tried it. And it failed with an interesting message:

https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ivannov/core/build/1.0.1

I was expecting to run some more time and fail because of the missing
SNAPSHOT builds of furnace :)
