[forge-dev] Submitted a 3 hours lab at Devoxx BE

Awesome! Yeah, I think submitting both is good. If only one is accepted, I
think combining into "Build an app, and an addon" is a good way to go. 3
hours is a pretty long time so it should be possible to cover both topics,
briefly at least.
