I install Luna and the error continues.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

  Cannot satisfy dependency:

How do I install this Forge Core plugin 1.3.0? This link forge.site - http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-forge_master/all/repo/  plus eclipse Luna or Kepler don't works.
