I've added CascadeType support in field plugin as another option.

Also added support for parsing Enum arrays into the Forge shell. This is done to prevent MVEL2 from throwing an NPE when parsing the CascadeType enums.

Note that there are some problems with TAB completion for Array-typed arguments for options, despite the incoming change.
