[forge-users] Plugins can't installed anymore with Beta4!

Hi,

I just downloaded the new beta4 distribution and it has problems with
installing a plugin.

This is the command sequence what I did:

* new-project --named rubus--topLevelPackage be.rubus.forge
* plugins setup   (selected 6 Beta4 version of shell-api)
* plugins new-plugin --named rubus


***INFO*** Installing plugin artifact.

Problem with the release or something that I miss?
