[forge-users] Forge 1.0.0-beta3 : problem installing locale command

Hi Christopher,

Plugin installation on windows should work fine. Can you check your
~/.forge/plugins/installed.xml to see if there is an old version of the
plugin that is registered but does not exist?

In the mean time, I will try to reproduce this.
