[forge-users] How to use custom templates with angularjs plugin?

Well, ignoring the changes looks like a bug. This feature was designed to ensure that project supplied templates would be used over the plugin supplied one, if it was present. Could please raise a new issue in JIRA, with instructions to reproduce this?
