[forge-users] Forge SPring plugin install errors out

Strange. Is it possible that you have a proxy set up that would prevent
transferring artifacts from remote repositories?

The artifact is available:
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cgav%7C1%7Cg%3A%22org.yaml%22%20AND%20a%3A%22snakeyaml%22
