[gatein-dev] Tracking changes in gatein-parent and gatein-dep

Ah, Monday morning, just woke up, was thinking straight :-/

I'm not a big fan of having more JIRAs, but that might be the only way 
(They have their own lifecycle). I would like to think about it some more.
