Hello,
The source of this is currenlty in
http://svn.exoplatform.org/projects/utils/exopackage/trunk
I'm currenlty working on it to simplify/remove all the .js usage before
the GA, and simplification for Beta02 (like not having to copy/paste the
version numbers)

1/ I'm also modifying the packaging declaration in gatein that manages that
(gatein.ear for example will be done in gatein source code
/packgaging/product/).
=> will be done in gatein source code (
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/GTNPORTAL-23)

2/ I've created a task for me here http://jira.exoplatform.org/browse/EXB-83
=> I'll do it once previous work is done

3/ ok for the root directory it will be done in
packaging/src/main/assembly/jbossear-zip.xml
You can assign the task https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/GTNPORTAL-2 to me
if it's ok for you
=> will be done in gatein source code

To summary:
* I finish : https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/GTNPORTAL-24
* Then I'll fix all this
