Don't show layout of page which selected when add new page by page management

- Go to Page management
- In Page Setting: Click add new page ( select owner type is user )
- Input some filed require
- In Page Layout: select page config ( Two Columns Layout)
- Save
- Select page created above and click edit
=> Don't show layout is selected and only show Protected Content
