Define a StateManager in UIRightClickPopup

  In some scenarios, the menu items displayed in a contextual menu ( UIRightClickPopup in our case) varies according to state of the popup (Ex: Popup showed when user copy/paste some data). In such scenarios, we often construct multiple instances of UIRigthClickPopup and handing those ones in a messy and buggy manner.

 Hence, i suggest that we define a StateManager in UIRightClickPopup, actions handling would be delegated to the StateManager.
