Owner Id is not changed after edit page properties/edit permission

Steps:

    * Add page for group from Page management
    * Go to Navigation management:
      + Add node (link to page added above) and save
      + then, Right click at node and select "Edit node's page"
      + Click on View Page properties button on Page editor:
      -> In page setting tab: Owner Id is group name that just created page
      then, In edit permission tab: select another group and membership type
      -> error: Owner Id isn't changed to new selected group automatically
