Clean up    UI*****2.java  in webui/portal

  In webui/portal, there are some classes naming  UI****2.java , such as UIPageNodeForm2, UIPageSelector2. 
That has been used to avoid naming conflict in older versions of eXo portal/GateIn. 

 We should rename UI****2  classes  to UI****  if that does not cause naming conflict

Ex: With UIPageNodeForm removal, UIPageNodeForm2  was renamed UIPageNodeForm


The cleanup consists of work on:

1. Java classes

2. .gtmpl files

3. Resource bundle files
