The way we have the access-permissions worded in the application registry is confusing. We need to change what is displayed on this page to clearly reflect what these settings do.

According to Trong Tran its meant to set the default permission for when a portlet is added to a page (http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/gatein-dev/2010-May/000656.html)
